Andrew Gutierrez graduated in 2005 from Goliad High School. Upon Graduation at the age of 17, Andrew Gutierrez left for Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San Diego, CA for Marine Corps Bootcamp and dedicated 10 years of service.

Gutierrez’ played in the NABA and in the Mexican Leagues earning various honors as an infielder, starting and closing pitcher. Gutierrez has trained a multitude of athletes at all levels to include the University of Houston – Victoria Softball Team; as well as athletes in power lifting and football.

Andrew Gutierrez brings a vast amount knowledge and experience in coaching, umpiring, training and playing experience. Gutierrez is a TASO Umpire, has coached at all levels winning a multitude of championships and winning records. Andrew Gutierrez believes in the “ Total Concept “ of the individual. Andrew Gutierrez not only devotes his time to athletes to help them reach new heights in their game but also devotes his efforts to ensure they reach new heights and achieve their goals academically, preparing them for a better future and setting them up for success.

Andrew Gutierrez has also recently been recognized as one of the Crossroads Top Finalist for 2018 Best of the Best Personal Trainers ( #4) .

Jason Cann

Jason Cann graduated in 1998 from Bloomington High School where he played for local legend, Coach Hodie Garcia.

Cann played collegiately in the NJCAA Region 14 South Zone conference for UTB/TSC at Brownsville and then Alvin Community College.

In 2006, he graduated with a bachelor’s in Exercise Sport Science from Texas State University.

He spent over the next 10 years in the health and fitness industry in San Antonio, Texas.

In 2015, himself and his wife, Sarah Cann, started their personal training and nutrition business specializing in strength and wellness for the entire family.

Coach Cann is also the head baseball coach at Faith Academy.

1992 Member of the NAIA World Series National Finalist team (Des Moines, Iowa).

1992 Heart of Texas All-Conference outfielder.

1992 All-Regional outfielder (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas).

1994 Member of Heart of Texas Conference Championship team.

1994 Heart of Texas All-Conference infielder (2nd base).

2014 Manager Victoria Southwest Little League All-Star Team. District, Area, & Sectional Champions. Texas East State Finalist. Defeated by Pearland All-Stars (eventual Little League World Series semi-finalist).

2012-2016 Victoria Sting Baseball Development Team (Premier) Manager.
