LEVEL 1-3 BASEBALL & SOFTBALL INSTRUCTIONAL CLASSES 

LEVEL 1 CLASS

For inexperienced (2 years or less) players looking to improve on fundamentals: (hitting, throwing, and fielding)

LEVEL 2 CLASS

Program geared to help experienced (8u-12u) hitters (boys and girls) improve power by focusing on the following:

balance, weight transfer, hip rotation/separation, posture, etc.

LEVEL 3 CLASS

Program geared to help experienced (13u-Elite) hitters (boys and girls) improve power by focusing on the following:

balance, weight transfer, hip rotation/separation, posture, etc.

Strength and conditioning program that focuses on acceleration, deceleration, explosive movements, core strength, speed development, etc

ADULT TRAINING

For all ages and all fitness levels, workout involving total body (upper, lower, and core) Interval training that promotes weight loss and muscle growth
